Одним из факторов, тормозящих разработку и внедрение эффективных информационных технологий, является проблема взаимопонимания разработчиков и потенциальных пользователей этих технологий. Чтобы создаваемая технология была действительно полезна, потенциальные пользователи – представители предметной области и разработчики – IT специалисты должны работать в одной команде. Представитель предметной области должен объяснить разработчикам суть проблемы и свои требования к ее решению; подготовить необходимую информацию; оценить качество и удобство использования предлагаемого проектного решения. Разработчик должен понять проблему пользователя, требования и особенности ее решения; найти эффективные методы и создать информационный инструмент, наилучшим образом решающий эту проблему. Формировать перечисленные компетенции нужно уже на студенческой скамье. Наиболее эффективным методом их формирования является проектное обучение: студенты разных специальностей объединяются в одну команду для решения реальной проблемы. В статье описан опыт создания программы оценивающей риски рецидива язвенного кровотечения студентами Саратовского государственного медицинского университета – представители предметной области и Саратовского государственного технического университета – IT специалисты. Проект реализован в ходе выполнения курсовых работ, ВКР и научной работы студентов. В ходе реализации проекта студенты сформировали навыки работы над реальным проектом в команде, состоящей из специалистов различных отраслей. Студенты IT специальностей получили опыт понимания проблемы, самостоятельного выбора проектных решений и доведения проекта до стадии внедрения. Студенты медики получили представления об IT технологиях, применяемых в медицине, процессах их создания и применения.
One of the factors hindering the development and implementation of effective information technologies is the problem of mutual understanding between developers and potential users of these technologies. For the technology to be truly useful, potential users (representatives of the subject area) and developers (IT specialists) must work as a team. The subject matter representative must explain the nature of the problem and their requirements for its solution to the developers; prepare the necessary information; and evaluate the quality and usability of the proposed design solution. The developer must understand the user's problem, the requirements, and the specifics of its solution; find effective methods and create an information tool that best solves this problem. The listed competencies need to be developed while still in college. The most effective method for developing them is project-based learning: students from different specialties join together to form a team to solve a real-life problem. The article describes the experience of creating a program for assessing the risk of recurrent ulcer bleeding by students of the Saratov State Medical University – representatives of the subject area – and the Saratov State Technical University – IT specialists. The project was implemented through the students' coursework, final qualifying work, and research work. During the project, students developed skills for working on a real project in a team consisting of specialists from various fields. IT students gained experience understanding problems, independently selecting design solutions, and bringing a project to the implementation stage. Medical students gained an understanding of IT technologies used in medicine, as well as the processes of their creation and application.
